Cancellation Policy

At LUX Travel LLC, we understand that travel plans may change.
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to transportation reservations, chauffeur services, and executive vehicle rentals.
By booking a service with LUX Travel, you agree to the cancellation terms described below.
The following cancellation policy applies to:
- Airport Transportation
- Corporate Transportation
- Event Transportation
- Hotel Transportation
- Group Transportation
More Than 72 Hours Before Service
Cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
Customers cancelling more than 72 hours before service are generally eligible for a full refund of prepaid amounts.
Between 24 and 72 Hours Before Service
Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reservation value.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Service
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged the full reservation amount.
Failure to appear for a scheduled reservation may result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Flight Delays and Airline Changes
For airport transportation services, LUX Travel monitors flight information whenever a valid flight number is provided.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays and schedule changes at no additional charge when operationally possible.
The following policy applies to self-drive vehicle rentals.
More Than 7 Days Before Rental Start
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the rental start date will receive a full refund of any eligible prepaid amounts.
Between 72 Hours and 7 Days Before Rental Start
Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the rental reservation amount.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Rental Start
Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the rental start date are generally non-refundable.
Vehicle Preparation and Reservation Holds
Because executive vehicles are reserved exclusively for specific customers, last-minute cancellations may result in lost booking opportunities.
For this reason, cancellation fees may apply even if the vehicle is not picked up.
No-Show Policy
Failure to pick up a reserved vehicle without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Customers may request changes to:
- Dates
- Times
- Pickup locations
- Vehicle selection
- Passenger counts
Modification requests are subject to vehicle availability and operational constraints.
Additional charges may apply.
LUX Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Airline disruptions
Whenever possible, we will work with customers to reschedule services affected by force majeure events.
Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Banking institutions and payment processors may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
LUX Travel reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions at its sole discretion.
Approval of any exception does not create an obligation to grant future exceptions under similar circumstances.
