These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, transportation services, chauffeur services, executive vehicle rentals, reservation forms, and related offerings.
By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please do not use our website, reservation forms, or services.
LUX Travel provides transportation-related services, including but not limited to:
- Airport Transportation
- Corporate Transportation
- Event Transportation
- Hotel Transportation
- Group Transportation
- Executive Van Rentals
- Concierge Transportation Services
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee service availability.
Reservations become confirmed only after:
- Availability is verified
- Pricing is approved
- Required information is provided
- Confirmation is issued by LUX Travel
LUX Travel reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations at its discretion.
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain updated contact information
- Arrive at pickup locations on time
- Comply with applicable laws
- Treat vehicles and personnel respectfully
Customers are responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided during booking.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the service requested.
LUX Travel may require:
- Deposits
- Partial prepayment
- Full prepayment
- Security deposits
All charges must be paid before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For chauffeur-based transportation:
- Pickup and drop-off times are estimates
- Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, and other factors
- Additional waiting time may incur additional charges
- Additional stops may incur additional charges
- Customers are responsible for communicating schedule changes promptly
When flight information is provided, LUX Travel may monitor flight status to assist with scheduling.
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays and changes, we cannot guarantee availability resulting from significant schedule disruptions.
Self-drive rentals are subject to additional eligibility requirements.
Renters may be required to provide:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance
- Additional identification
- Security deposit
LUX Travel reserves the right to deny rental requests that do not meet qualification requirements.
Only individuals approved by LUX Travel may operate rental vehicles.
Unauthorized vehicle operation may result in:
- Immediate termination of the rental
- Additional fees
- Liability for damages
- Loss of future rental privileges
Rental vehicles may not be used for:
- Illegal activities
- Racing or performance driving
- Towing without authorization
- Transportation of hazardous materials
- Commercial rideshare services without written approval
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
Customers are responsible for damages occurring during their reservation or rental period, including but not limited to:
- Exterior damage
- Interior damage
- Excessive cleaning
- Lost keys
- Tire damage
- Towing expenses
- Traffic violations
Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Customers should review those policies before making reservations.
Users may not:
- Submit false information
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with website functionality
- Misrepresent identity
- Engage in fraudulent activity
Violations may result in service termination and legal action.

- Utility failures
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUX Travel LLC, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

- Misuse of services
- Illegal conduct
- Negligent operation of rental vehicles
We reserve the right to:
- Modify services
- Update pricing

LUX Travel may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
