At LUX Travel LLC ("LUX Travel", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide exceptional transportation and vehicle rental services.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how refund requests are processed.
By booking services with LUX Travel, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Service type
- Reservation status
- Cancellation timing
- Applicable agreements
- Operational circumstances
Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and applicable service agreements.
Every refund request is reviewed based on the service booked and the circumstances surrounding the reservation.

- Airport Transportation
- Corporate Transportation
- Event Transportation
- Hotel Transportation
- Group Transportation
Full Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation occurs within the allowable cancellation period
- LUX Travel is unable to provide the confirmed service
- Duplicate payments were made
- Billing errors occurred
Partial Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation occurs after the free cancellation period
- Certain service costs have already been incurred
- Changes are requested after service preparation has begun
The refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the reservation.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No-show reservations
- Same-day cancellations
- Services already completed
- Customer refusal of service without valid cause
- Violations of service agreements
Certain reservations and completed services may not qualify for refunds.
The following provisions apply to self-drive vehicle rentals.
Full Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation occurs within the allowable cancellation period
- Vehicle availability cannot be fulfilled by LUX Travel
- Reservation approval is denied by LUX Travel
- Duplicate payments or billing errors occur
Partial Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation occurs after vehicle preparation has begun
- Administrative costs have been incurred
- Vehicle delivery arrangements have already been scheduled
Security deposits are separate from rental charges.
Provided no violations, damages, outstanding fees, or unpaid charges exist, security deposits will generally be released after:
- Vehicle inspection
- Verification of rental completion
- Resolution of any outstanding charges
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Financial institutions may require additional time to process released security deposits.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if the customer is responsible for:
- Vehicle damage
- Interior damage
- Excessive cleaning
- Missing equipment
- Lost keys
- Fuel replacement charges
- Toll charges
- Traffic violations
- Administrative fees
Any applicable charges may be deducted from refundable amounts or security deposits.
Refund eligibility resulting from service interruptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Factors considered may include:
- Duration of interruption
- Cause of interruption
- Services already delivered
- Operational expenses incurred
For airport transportation services, refunds are generally not issued for delays resulting from:
- Airline schedule changes
- Airport operations
- Weather conditions
- Air traffic control delays
- Passenger travel disruptions
When possible, LUX Travel will attempt to accommodate schedule changes without additional charges.
Refunds may not be guaranteed when services are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Public emergencies
- Road closures
- Transportation disruptions
Whenever practical, we will attempt to provide alternative solutions or rescheduling options.
Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Actual processing times depend on:
- Financial institutions
- Credit card providers
- Banks
- Payment processors
LUX Travel cannot control processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Alternative refund methods may be used when necessary and permitted by law.
LUX Travel reserves the right to investigate refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with reservation records.
Refund requests may be denied when fraud or misuse is suspected.
Refund reviews may require verification of reservation and payment records before approval.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
